  • Will my walker have the same walker each time?

    You bet! We are family owned and family run. Your pup will build a relationship with on of the owners to ensure their boarding experience at our home is also a wonderful experience.
  • What if I need to cancel my walk?

    Clients may cancel up to 6pm the day before to receive a full refund.  8 am on day of walk will receive 50% charge and after 8 is a full charge.
  • What areas do you service?

    We service most neighborhoods in Newton and a few in Waltham and Watertown.  
    Please reach out to confirm we service your area.
  • Do you walk individually or in groups?

    We walk in groups at this time
  • What type of service do you offer?

    We offer one hour walks and half day hikes.  Our walks are at a variety of trails in Newton and beyond including but not limited to: Cold Spring, Cabot Woods, Cutler, Hemlock Gorge etc.

  • How many dogs do you board at a time?

    To ensure personalized attention and a stress-free environment, we limit the number of dogs we board at any time.


  • Can I visit the boarding facility before booking?

    Yes, we encourage meet-and-greet sessions so you and your dog can feel comfortable with the environment and our team.
  • Do you require vaccinations?

    Yes, all dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella. This ensures the safety of all pets in our care.
  • Will my dog get exercise during their stay?

    Absolutely! Dogs enjoy daily walks, outdoor playtime, and plenty of mental stimulation in our spacious, secure outdoor areas.
  • What if my dog has special needs or medications?

    We’re experienced with senior dogs, special diets, and administering medications. Just let us know your dog’s routine, and we’ll ensure their needs are met.

  • Can I check on my dog while they’re boarding?

    Of course! We provide daily updates with photos and videos so you can see how your dog is enjoying their stay.

  • What should I bring for my dog’s stay?

    We recommend bringing your dog’s food, favorite toys, and any medications. We’ll provide bowls, treats, and plenty of love and attention!

  • What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?

    We’ll contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your dog to their vet or our trusted local vet partner. Safety and care are our top priorities.

  • How do I book your services?

    You can book directly through our website, over the phone, or by email. Early bookings are recommended, especially for holidays and weekends.
